Surprisingly nice gig bag

I got this bag for a PRS guitar that came with a gig bag. The PRS gig bag is a nice bag but I wanted a bag with a neck brace and storable straps like the Mono M80 bag I have for another guitar. The Gator Transit bag fit the bill and was half the price of the Mono bag. The Mono bag does offer more protection but Transit does what I wanted. The padding is significantly better than the PRS bag. I highly recommend this bag for traveling to practice and gigs. I would not use it for plane travel though. It is a step up from the PRS bag and a step below a Mono M80 bag as far as protection.
Check depth if you have a semi-hollow guitar.

Not good for my semi-hollow guitar (doesn't fit depth - tight sqeeze).
Pleasant surprise but what else would you expect from Gator

My son absolutely loves this bag. It was much more rigid/solid than we thought it would be. Also like that you can modify it to fit your guitar perfectly. It's beautiful on the inside and out.
nice bag

Hi, will this be a good gig bag to take my guitar with me on a flight?
We recommend putting your guitar in a hard case for a flight, not a gig bag
