    Recently updated to a Washburn rr10 and was gonna do some drop c tuning. I wanted some thick strings so i bought these. Right when I put them in and tuned them up I was blown away. They feel extraordinarily nice. And they can take a whole bunch of abuse from my picking and my trem. I highly recommend these to any guitarist.

    i am a string freak. i have been looking for MY strings for 15 years, and i think i have found them. i love ghs 1300's, but they last a day. i wanted to find something that lasted at least a week, so i've searched the world of strings over. these are working so far. i wanted a set with a heavy bottom, an unwound "g" that didn't sound like a flying saucer, and a high end that provided good resistance. this set is IT. if you want a heavy set that isn't ponderous, and has GREAT string to string balance of volume, tone, and tension... then this is your set.
