Meet the NEW Performance 3 Capo with ART

Description
The Unique Tension Control system found in all Performance series capos gives near-infinite adjustment and an easy, one-handed action. Inert silicone wrap-around rubber and internal G7th design features eliminate any of the tone deadening and envelope pinching that besets so many other capos. Lastly, it protects against dangerous metal to wood contact on your guitar neck.
The Performance 3 is perfect for both acoustic and electric steel string guitars and comes complete with a free lifetime warranty.
Adaptive Radius Technology
The ART system within the top bar of G7th Performance 3 capos adapts to the true curvature over your strings and fretboard, exerting completely even pressure across all the strings—setting a new standard of in-tune, buzz-free use. It gives you the maximum tuning stability with the minimum possible tension in every position, on any guitar neck.
Unique Tension Control
By simply squeezing to attach and squeezing to release, the Performance 3 capo gives you complete and intuitive control over the pressure you place on your strings. Whether it's an acoustic or an electric, you can have confidence that you are in control and will keep your guitar in tune.
Easy to Use
Designed for one-handed use in any sized hands. With a little practice, it's nearly as quick to move between frets as a spring capo, but without the need for frequent retuning.
Versatile
Stores easily behind the nut for quick and easy access, or on the headstock. Perfect for any steel 6-string acoustic, electric or hybrid nylon-string guitars.
Award-Winning Quality
All G7th capos carry a free lifetime warranty.
Why You Need a G7th Performance 3 Capo?

The Best Capo Money Can Buy
So I was on edge about the G7th Capo for a while but wanted to try something new. I decided to buy it and now I am using it with my Fender Newporter Classic to lead worship at my local church. This thing is really something. For years, I bought cheap capos ($5 usually) on capos from online retailers, but I wanted to get something more premium. I heard how this thing adapts to your guitar neck, and it really does. It's like magic. This is by far the best capo that you could purchase. I think if you're on edge then you should buy it and give it a try. It's kinda hard to describe the ART capo, but once you have it you'll understand why it's so great. Do yourself and your guitar a favor and buy a G7th Capo!!!

Nowhere near as good as the 2nd generation
I have a 2nd generation that I LOVE and I lost it so I bought this one. It looks almost identical but on the ART 3, the locking mechanism is opposite of the 2nd one which is frustrating. Also it doesn't create as much of a bar as the 2nd generation and I've been getting buzz. You have to be a lot more specific about where on the fret you place this one. Overall I am quite disappointed in it for the money after using for a few months. The only pro is it's extremely sturdy and well made.

It's easy to clamp, holds perfectly, can set it without as much tuning compromise, and it's just as easy to release. The only downside is that they are still as easy to lose as a capo of any other kind. The colors that come out help this (I didn't lose my gold one for YEARS). Can't say enough good things about these.
Yes! Easy to move but holds tight when applied.

I bought this capo for my other acoustic guitar. I already had an older one of the same style, but this one is updated and a bit easier to clamp on. The capo seems to apply equal pressure to all the string eliminating string buzz.

This capo doesn't work well on every guitar. I have an Ovation, a PRS, and a Breedlove. The breedlove is a 16" radius fingerboard and this capo is a nightmare to use on it. Positioning has to be perfect and you certainly can't use it one handed on it. And you g string buzz on the first fret no matter what. Will be returning ASAP
