This special NAMM edition 1963 Relic Telecaster updates a classic design with a few modern touches to make it even more playable. Two hand-wound Custom Shop Tele pickups grace the top, kicking out high-output, smoking tone that’s further shaped by modern wiring, including a volume-preserving Greasebucket tone circuit.

Other features include a Relic lacquer finish, quartersawn maple neck with 1957  soft “V”-shaped profile, 9.5 in.-radius maple fingerboard, 21 6105 frets, single-ply parchment pickguard, vintage-style bridge, vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut and wing string tree. Includes deluxe hardshell case, Certificate of Authenticity, Limited Edition engraved neckplate and Fender Custom Shop 30th Anniversary Decal.
