I have already purchased this product again and again.

Comments about Ernie Ball 2069 Earthwood 80/20 Bronze Folk Nylon Ball End Acoustic Guitar Strings:

I bought one set of these strings because they were just what I was looking for.
Upon installing them and tuning up to standard tuning, the high E string snapped right at the ball connection.
Figuring it was a faulty manufactured part, I purchased two more sets to complete the original set and to have
spares when needed. So far so good. Seems to be OK. Wish me luck.

Comments about Ernie Ball 2069 Earthwood 80/20 Bronze Folk Nylon Ball End Acoustic Guitar Strings:

These are real cheap, flimsy, and rarely stay I tune. I have to wind them up a little extra stiffer to try and get a good sound out of them with minimal buzz.

Comments about Ernie Ball 2069 Earthwood 80/20 Bronze Folk Nylon Ball End Acoustic Guitar Strings:

Although these strings do offer the convenience of a ball end, they stretch for days after installation. Constantly having to tune and re-tune. Sound is ok. Good and economical for practicing. That is about it.

      Cool strings

Comments about Ernie Ball 2069 Earthwood 80/20 Bronze Folk Nylon Ball End Acoustic Guitar Strings:

Just for the heck of it, I put these on my Epiphone acoustic/electric guitar and they are very fun to play, but tough to keep in tune, as the nylon really stretches out. They have a great tone for fingerstyle but it takes some getting used to if you are used to the bright tone of metal strings. Also, it's hard to generate any decent volume unless your pluck a bit harder than usual. I do like these strings though. Give them a shot if you are looking for something different.

      horrible stirngs

      By david

      from hallandale, florida

Comments about Ernie Ball 2069 Earthwood 80/20 Bronze Folk Nylon Ball End Acoustic Guitar Strings:

i got these free with my guitar purchase and i can see why. after 2 weeks they get out of tune and they sound hideous. these strings sound like they were made for a steel string guitar. if you are a true classical or flamenco player then I would not recommend these!
