I strung my old, neglected Takamine with these strings- they're comfortable to play & sound good.

They're nice strings, they're inexpensive, they arrived quickly, they were easy to put on, they feel great, and they sound great. What else could you ask for?

  • I really love these 2045 Earthwood strings !!

I have used many other brands and string compositions. There may be some better , but I haven't found them, and they probably cost twice as much. My previous experience with " silk and steel' strings was disappointing, but not with these. I know not everyone will agree, but the tone and playability are superior, especially at the reasonable price the sell for at GC.

  • I really like this product and have been using it for years

Use it on my Yamaha and it has a great bright sound for lighter type music. Easy on the fingers and easy on the Yamaha which is a good guitar but not built to take the stress of steel strings.

Tried these out to replace the stock strings on my yamaha. What a difference...I don't see any reason to ever try any other string. Great mellow sound and easy on the fingers.

  • Best strings I have ever used!

I've used a lot of different brands guitar strings in my life, but until I stumbled upon these I never found the sound I was looking for. These strings totally blow every other pack I have ever bought out of the water! They have a beautiful sound that's great for acoustic guitars, and you can play practically anything with them. Definitely will be buying again.

Will these things work on my acoustic Martin Eric Clapton 000-28EC signature guitar? I currently am playing on Extra Light Elixir Nonoweb coated strings. 80/20 Bronze. I haven't the finger strength to use medium anymore and when sliding up a bar chord I hear the sound of the line and wish to avoid that for performing and recording. What do you think?
