Description

The ESP LTD EC-1000T combines a traditional full-thickness mahogany body (no waist cut) with an elegant quilted maple top for a beautiful look and sound. This outstanding design is complemented by black hardware that includes a TonePros locking Tune-O-Matic bridge and tailpiece, LTD locking tuners and control knobs. Its three-piece mahogany neck offers a matching headstock finish and a Macassar ebony fingerboard with white pearloid ESP flag inlays and 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. This guitar’s sound is generated with a set of direct-mount Fishman Fluence Open Core Classic humbucker pickups that each offer three voicings, selectable with push-pull controls. On the neck pickup, Voice 1 offers the coveted vintage PAF tone, Voice 2 is an airy chime and Voice 3 is a vintage single coil. For the bridge pickup, Voice 1 is the PAF, Voice 2 is the classic hot-rodded humbucker and Voice 3 is an overwound single coil.

    Is the body chambered on this guitar? The older EC1000T models were definitely chambered. I'm looking for one that is full thickness but not chambered. Thanks so much.

    Does this guitar have a belly-cut? On ESP site, the guitar picture does not show a belly-cut, and in their description they state the guitar does not have a belly-cut.
