Cremona now offers the SV-75 violin outfit in a selection of eye-catching, sparkling colors. The SV-75VL is a handsome sparkling blue and possesses all of the same quality features as the SV-75-the carefully hand-carved spruce and maple, the inlaid purfling and fine workmanship that have given this Cremona model its sterling reputation for tone and value. Featuring US-made D'Addario Prelude strings, the educator's preferred strings for students; nothing will inspire your student more than a violin in sparkling color paired with a case and bow to match. Each instrument is setup to Cremona standards at their U.S. workshop.

The bow took me forever to get completely reasoned because it was brand new. The tuning shifts quicker than expected but Typically all instruments take a while to break in and by then I expect it won't do that. Other reviews on this exact model have said that once broken in the tuning doesn't need tending to as much. I am so happy with this product. It isn't the best quality but for someone just learning or even relearning this is perfect and easy. I literally only had to tune the instrument and then break the bow in and I've been playing for hours I can't even put it down it's so beautiful and the sound is just as good as my Yamaha I had in school as a beginner. Seriously if This had existed when I was just starting out this would have been better. It's so cheap and it's great quality it's so beautiful and the sound is great. I'm so impressed with this I want the entire rainbow 🌈 of violins 🎻 if your looking for a higher quality violin go to a music store and spend $1000 on one. But if you want something flashy and that's WORKS than look no further. This is absolutely perfect 🙏🏼 And such a great deal.

99% of the time i like to write positive reviews. I don't like to say anything bad online because it tends to hurt businesses. Pretty decorate piece to hang on the wall, but this violin does not play at all. Bowing will not produce a violin sound, more of a muffled mouse squeek, if that. My level is intermediate self taught player for 9 years, played in orchestra in childhood. I have previously owned 2 violins, 1 German, and 1 China violin. This Cremona one is pluck-able, but even after I purchased a better resin to wax the bow, it will not play and I have to send it back. I just wanted any lower end violin that actually plays, nothing fancy.

Why won't the tuner knobs stay tight. We can't get it to hold tension unless we physically hold it. It's gonna be hard to play if she has to hold the knob the entire time
