The BOSS ME-90 bass multi-effects pedal puts a wealth of premium tones and creative tools at your feet. With 36 user presets and 61 effects, including delays, modulation, filters and more, you can craft your signature sound in an instant. The ME-90B's intuitive interface makes it easy to tweak parameters on the fly via dedicated knobs for each section. Whether you want to shape essential tones, explore edgy textures or expand into lush ambient sounds, the ME-90B has you covered.

Dial in Your Core Tone

At the heart of your bass tone lies the ME-90B's preamp/EQ section. It features ten preamp types powered by BOSS's advanced AIRD technology, from vintage classics to modern monsters. Call up a familiar amp model or forge your own voice with original preamps like "Natural" and "Drive." An EQ knob provides quick tone shaping for each selection. With the ME-90B, you have full control over your fundamental bass sound.

Blend in Stompbox Effects

While the ME-90B comes loaded with a wide range of premium BOSS effects, you can also integrate your favorite external stompboxes. The send/return jacks allow patching in pedals, then blending them into your signal via the Mix knob. Add a boutique overdrive or your signature fuzz for a boost in character. The ME-90B's flexible routing options give you the freedom to combine internal effects and external stompboxes for truly unique tones.

Perform, Practice and Record With Versatility

The ME-90B's compact size and battery power make it ideal for any playing situation. Use the 1/4" outputs in mono or stereo into your amps or other devices, selecting between line and amp levels via a rear-panel switch. There's also an XLR DI out with ground lift for plugging into house PAs. For private practice or recording, connect your headphones via the dedicated jack. You can even record high-quality tones straight into your DAW over USB. With the ME-90B's connectivity, your creative potential knows no bounds.

Tweak and Save Custom Setups

Once you've crafted the perfect tone, save it as one of 36 user presets for instant recall. The ME-90B makes it simple to tweak parameters and save edits. Adjust knobs for each effect section and mode while playing, then save your creation for your next performance. You can also set LED colors to change based on the currently selected mode. With so much flexibility, the ME-90B inspires new ideas at every turn.

    I use it to compose new music and experiment. Having a clutter of multiple pedals messes with my OCD. Much rather have everything condensed and BOSS has a large variety of equipment I love. I highly recommend this product.

    Yes, the BOSS ME-90B does include a built-in noise suppressor. It’s part of the FX2 module, where you can select Noise Suppressor (NS) among other effects. It’s designed to reduce hiss and hum, especially useful when stacking gain or fuzz effects.
