This trumpet is by no means a bad horn, I just wouldn't recommend it for someone who is actually a so-called "intermediate" player. I would recommend this to someone who is just starting out or trying to level up just a little bit from the beginner level. The case was not the case that was shown, I was kinda disappointed but the case is a very good and sturdy one at the very least. The main reason why I wouldn't recommend this to someone that is technically a so-called intermediate player is that the higher Concert D note is incredibly flat when every other note is perfectly in tune. I played this note on my other horns and it turned out perfect so It is just a thing with this horn.

  • My son is very happy with his new trumpet

Does the case come with the trumpet? If so is it a backpack style or a foam case?
