Bought a bunch of these lights for mobile performance and venue setting. They look great, are super bright (almost blinding but you can always turn it down). Only issue is if using in a mobile setup, the C bracket it comes with can bend if you don't dismount from the truss (I'm lazy so it's on me though). Otherwise, very happy so far with these and with the tetra controller for portable quick down and dirty light setups that almost anyone can run.

Started with the Venue Tetra controller trying to use with 4 off-brand Chinese LED PARs. The two devices did not talk well at all. Instead picked up four of the Tetra 12 PARs - what a difference. Solid metal construction, easy to navigate settings, and man are they bright. Worked amazingly with the Tetra controller and no annoying fans or buzzing. Dimmed great, color changes/blends and strobe settings worked as intended. A really great LED PAR fixture and I would definitely recommend - terrific value.

I have used primarily Chauvet wall wash FX 2. I was excited to find a light that was equivalent for a fraction of the price. I have used them in couple gymnasiums so far. One for a lighting setup for a crab feed and one for a Mardi Gras themed setup. Thus far I have been extremely impressed with them. I have compared them side by side with the Chauvet and they are just as bright if not brighter. I would like to be able to find the special cord/plug to run them together. That's my only complaint is the female plug in the back isn't the normal size.

I bought 4 of these Tetra 12 pars along with two Tetra Bars for my band. We use them with the 10 foot truss we already owned, set it over the top and behind our drummer, and control them with the Tetra Control. The larger venues we play have their own fixed lighting systems, so we bought these for our smaller shows in the smaller bars and clubs. They are so so good for the price. Very bright, seem to be built very well with metal housing and decent weight. There are 4 channels on the Tetra Bars, so we program the four Tetra 12's on the related DMX channels (1, 8, 15, 22) to mimic the patterns and colors happening on the Tetra Bars. The Tetra Control is on my mic stand up front and it is very easy to change color schemes, and lighting patterns/speeds to go from high energy dance songs to slow ballads to in between. The foot switch is great for strobe effects or blackouts at the end of songs and I put it towards the middle of the stage so I can stomp on lighting effects while playing guitar solos. This does not replace a full DMX lighting Rig with a lighting operator, but crushes the typical built in microphone beat detectors that come standard on most smart lights. Fog or Haze is critical!!! We will continue to buy more of these lights and add to our rig as necessary. Very very satisfied purchase.
Great lights with one little flaw

I use these lights for a Church in Texas. We have 18 of them. They have very bright output with a hotspot in the middle of the throw pattern that is about 50% of the size of the entire wash. To answer one of the other questions asked about this product... you can just project amber out of this light. Each led is adjustable independently from the back panel or with a dmx controller. The only drawback for me is that the diffuser doesn't mix the colors perfectly. At the edges of the wash pattern at 10 o'clock and 4 o'clock you can see a greenish hue and in the opposing corners (2 o'clock and 8 o'clock) you can see a blueish hue. You can also see the lack of color mixing if you are washing a wall within 6 ft or so with this fixture. This is only evident when you are trying to produce a white light. It's not noticeable when you are doing any other colors. This is probably not a big deal for most scenarios but a big deal if white color temperature is crucial. However... for the money..... You can't beat these. And like I sad before, white is the only color you can see this color mixing issue when you are throwing white. Hope that's helpful
