Ok, first thing, when you get the guitar, and after you wait the 24 hour acclimation period, wait some more. Before you do anything else, change the strings. Depending on what time of year and where you live, maybe humidify it for a day out two. I had to. But once you've done that, you'll be rewarded with a guitar that is much louder than you'd expect for its size, with a lovely voicing. The fit and finish on mine is stellar. Not a blemish to be found. The V neck DOES take some getting used to, mostly for the Barre chords. However it does seem to make it easier to solo up the fret board. While I'm not personally a fan of gloss necks, you truly don't notice it on this guitar. Smooth, easy playing, and fast. I thought I was going to want to scotch-brite away the gloss but no. Haven't touched it. It's really hard to put down. You're going to want to get your hands on one. It's great value for the money, and the facts that it doesn't come with electronics is a plus, in my opinion. What you're paying for is all guitar and material. Not a $350 guitar with $450 of electronics added to it. I would rate it 5 stars but I had to change out the bridge pins immediately. The plastic ones they ship it with were bottomed out and didn't feel right. A set of Martin ebony pins fit perfectly and dress it up nice. Also, the tuners on mine seem to have too much slop in them. I'll be changing those out before too long.

I see the specs in your description describes the nut width as 1.69, but other specs I've read have it at 1.75.Could you verify the width? Thank you
