DV Mark

When you turn on the DV Mark 2012 Triple 6 tube guitar amp head on be prepared to hear sounds that could only come from a dark and nasty place! The amp's front panel and black knobs provide evidence of its irreverent nature and temperament. The Triple 6 is modeled after the Bad Boy 120, a three-channel all-tube head rated at 120 watts, with three separate and unique preamplifiers in one chassis. But although the controls looks identical to the Bad Boy 120, the Gain and tone controls for channels 2 and 3 on this amp are more aggressive, earning the amp its œ666 name! The Loop Assign rotary control on the rear panel allows you to choose which channel the effects loop is assigned to.

You can apply the effects to all channels, or remove them from the signal path altogether. And with the effect level and mix controls, you can balance your sound with any type of effect pedals or signal processors. The Pedal Controller automatically memorizes the configurations you choose and stores them in memory until the next power-on. The Triple 6 has a built-in system that automatically biases and matches the output tubes. The unique patent pending Advanced Tube Control System allows you to hook up to the optional DV Controller to collect cool and useful information such as power amp voltages, bias current, tube life and more!
