This bass guitar gig bag is custom-shaped and lightweight, perfect for most standard electric basses. The design combines the protection of a thick padded interior with gig bag portability. Its interior is lined with sponge-like foam material that provides substantial protection for your bass. It has an exterior accessory pocket, and heavy-duty two-pull zippers allow the bag to be unzipped lengthwise. Two carry handles and removable backpack straps make it easy to tote.

Basic, solid and affordable.

Unlike my Fender HSS Stratocaster, my new Fender Jazz Bass did not come with a gig bag. When I inquired about this with the good folks at Guitar Center, they made me an offer on this gig bag for about half it�ۡ���s listed price. I was skeptical of it�ۡ���s quality, but being on a budget and needing a gig bag for my new bass, I took a chance. I am quite pleased that I did, now. It�ۡ���s quality is almost equal to that of my Fender gig bag, only slightly less padded. It has a zipper pocket on the front which is more suited for holding music sheets or a cable, rather than anything thicker, like a tuner and such. But I have no intention on using it for anything, myself. If you don�ۡ���t need a solid case and if you, like myself, are careful with your instruments, this gig bag will do the trick.

It Works

I bought this for a cheap LTD bass guitar to protect the finish. It works as intended. It does have a zipper compartment for accessories. For the price, you can't beat it.

    The bag is great for the price. I would never use to carry my bass to a gig because its thin. But to rehearsal and as a dust cover, its perfect.

    Great bag for the price as I caught on sale with along with may open box Bass guitar. It fits and works well for what it does. No problems with the zippers as mentioned in earlier reviews.
