The MXL-V69 offers a truly unique body style with a proven concept in FET circuitry design and a newly engineered 1.25" capsule. Through extensive testing in studio environments, it was found that a 5 micron density for the diaphragm provided the best overall frequency and transient response. The sound of the V69 is as unique as its styling and lends itself particularly well to lead vocal work. It has a punchy, rich tonal quality which makes it a prime choice for capturing that perfect take.
The MXL V69 is a classic large diaphragm Tube Microphone. Its classic sound enhances vocal and instrument performances. The extremely low noise level, wide dynamic range and warm sonic characteristics make the V69 a perfect complement to all digital recording devices. Comes with deluxe case, shock mount, power supply, (2) cables and windscreen.
