    I ordered two of these, one works as intended, as you would expect. The other seems to have a minor defect on one of the female jacks. It doesnt retain the aux cable well, a very light tug will disconnect it. It still functions perfectly and wont effect how I use it, but something to know.

    I purchased the Livewire Essential 3.5mm to 3.5mm Coupler to add a high quality 3.5mm cable to a speaker system to my house in one of the rooms I sometimes like to practice in. Concerns about sound quality degradation has at the top of my list, as anytime we add more items between the input and output in the chain of items there is a possibility of signal degradation. The knurled finish is nice, and this little coupler does the job, for a very low cost.

    I bought this coupler so I could use my patch cords at greater distance. Decent patch cords beyond 6 feet are somewhat hard to come by. This coupler device solves the problem perfectly.
