LP LP373 Wood Block Mounting Clamp

I recently added an LP woodblock to my kit. I mounted an LP "Mini Everything Rack" to my hi-hat stand, and attached 2 cowbells and a woodblock to the rack. This LP bracket holds the woodblock on two posts that go into the holes at either end of the block. With only one bracket, the woodblock hangs at a slight angle (not parallel to the floor). By using two brackets, you can support both ends (my personal preference) or put a bracket both above and below the block on one end. Doing this will make the woodblock more secure and hold it level. p.s. To my ears, a real wood block sounds better than a plastic block. There is less volume, but more warmth. Great for bossa nova.
