    I am returning the EZ-Mount Mic Claw. It did not fit my LP Congas. It would not attach and kept slipping off. Also with an SM-57 mic it kept bending over from the weight of the microphone. Poorly designed and the claw would not clip on my brand new LP Giovanni Galaxy congas. This device did not work as advertised or as the picture on the package shows.

  • Only good for lightweight Mics.

    I bought two of this mount and will be returning at least one. It's good if you are going to use short mics, like Audix or small Shure condensers, but it bends when I try to use Sennheiser 421s. It's use is limited to lightweigth mics only. It's a bit disappointing, if you consider the price. Stick with the first version of the claw, it's way more sturdy.
