USA Warranty Policy

All Korg products purchased from a Korg USA authorized dealer are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original consumer purchaser as listed below:

Labor: 1 Year
Parts: 1 Year

Exceptions: Tubes, AC Adapters, Foot Switches: 90 days

Warranty Requirements and Limitations:

-Proof of Warranty - The customer must provide proof of purchase in order to obtain warranty service. The dated sales slip or copy thereof is the only acceptable proof of purchase.

-The product must be purchased from a Korg USA authorized dealer and have a valid serial number.

Damage resulting from the following causes are excluded from the warranty set forth above:
-Misuse, including damage occurring during shipment, damage caused by battery leakage, accident, fire, unauthorized repairs, tampering, cosmetic damage or other types of damage which are the result of improper handling or abuse.
-The cleaning of controls or contacts due to exposure to dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment.
-Damage resulting from modification.
-Damage to units used for loan or rental.

Register online and extend your warranty!
Register your new Korg keyboard, keyboard rack module or digital piano online and receive a certificate that extends the product warranty for an extra year from the date of purchase.

Very quick and accurate!

This product is just awesome! I have no complaints to make with this one. Previously, I have used snark guitar tuner, which breaks easily and sometimes very slow and not accurate. But this one, just plainly beautiful and accurate. Do you need a clip tuner for your acoustic guitar or bass? Buy this one! This one will satisfy you!!

Nice visuals

I was excited to see this tuner. It looked cool and is produced by a trusted brand. When I received it, I noticed that the bracket seems cheap and although it works, it doesn't seem as durable as my Snark. I do like the visual - you can really hone in on the perfect tone, but I suspect it's not a long-lasting gadget. I'm not rough on my gear but I don't think the clip will hold up.

    This is the only clip-on in a house of string players (guitar, cello, violin, bass) that picks up my low B. It's the most reliable by far for low E. That said, the ball joint became floppy suddenly and inspection revealed some tiny plastic parts had broken. I made some tiny brass parts and it's back at work. Maybe a less practical solution for most people.

    Build quality feels a little cheaper than my Snarks, but tuning sensitivity is better. It doesn't pick up my low B string as well as I would like. It is really easy to see the display when outside. Assuming it holds up build wise I think this a a good value.

    This is the one to get! I have a few different clip on tuners, but the Korg wins in my book. Locks in on the string quickly, is easy to read (I have very poor vision), and the attachment is stable and easy to rotate for the best view no matter what type of guitar or bass I have it clipped to.

    this product is wildly inconsistent. the readouts sometimes jump from note to note when you try to get a reading. not worth the money on sale. stay away from this one. i will purchase a better one that is user friendly and more consistent.
