Who do I contact for warranty service for my guitar?
You need to contact your place of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt and request a warranty service evaluation. The dealer or service center should then contact Kaman Music and request a Return Authorization number.
What if my place of purchase is out of business or in another state?
Use our website's search engines to find a local Authorized Dealer or Service Center for your product. Then contact them with a copy of your sales receipt and request a warranty service evaluation.
How long does it take to get a warranty service evaluation?
The dealer or service center must contact Kaman Music for a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. As a consumer, you are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to Kaman Music. Once in the possession of Kaman Music Corp, the evaluation normally takes 2-3 days.
What happens after the evaluation?
Kaman Music determines if the product is repairable and will repair it under the terms of the warranty policy for that product. The product will be returned to the dealer or service center, prepaid.
What if my guitar is not repairable?
Kaman Music will replace the item with another one of equal value. In the case of a discontinued model, Kaman Music will replace the item with another of equal or more value.

I started out with this guitar and learning all my favorite songs such as the Beatles. This guitar is great gift to give to someone who wants to learn to playing guitar in its so affordable.

I recently purchased this guitar and I am very pleased with it so far. It is an attractive unit and it is quite light. It has a pretty good tone for it's price. The finger board is adequate for my short fingers and it holds tune pretty good. Sounds good with a Keyser Kapo on it too. Strums nicely and fits me very well with a strap on it. Overall, a good return on your investment. Great for beginners. I think it will provide me with a pleasurable experience for a few years until I master it and decide to move up to a higher level of guitar.

I have been playing guitar for about 5 years now and I must say, i am VERY impressed with this guitar. While waiting for my Jasmine to come in the mail, I was expecting a poor sounding guitar When it got here I was amazed by all its features. Sound, construction, and playability. GREAT JOB JASMINE.

I've had this guitar for over 6 years, just for something to bang on when the mood strikes. This guitar is decent BUT I would recommend spending around 300 if you want a guitar that will play a little easier, especially up in the cowboy chord positions. As far as sound goes it's not too bad at all but I use medium strings. Again, I'm talking for the price.

Good guitar for the price and can take it with you anywhere and for a laminate it sounds good. So I can play this guitar and not worry about it if I play it at the beach campfires etc. whereas I wouldn't take my solid top .
