collapse expand iconWarranty

What is the warranty period of my guitar?

Most Jasmine guitars carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Models in our Studio Series (JS 141, JS241, JS341, JS441) carry a Limited 5 year warranty.

Who do I contact for warranty service for my guitar?

You need to contact your place of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt and request a warranty service evaluation. The dealer or service center should then contact Kaman Music and request a Return Authorization number.

What if my place of purchase is out of business or in another state?

Use our website's search engines to find a local Authorized Dealer or Service Center for your product. Then contact them with a copy of your sales receipt and request a warranty service evaluation.

How long does it take to get a warranty service evaluation?

The dealer or service center must contact Kaman Music for a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. As a consumer, you are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to Kaman Music. Once in the possession of Kaman Music Corp, the evaluation normally takes 2-3 days.

What happens after the evaluation?

Kaman Music determines if the product is repairable and will repair it under the terms of the warranty policy for that product. The product will be returned to the dealer or service center, prepaid.

What if my guitar is not repairable?

Kaman Music will replace the item with another one of equal value. In the case of a discontinued model, Kaman Music will replace the item with another of equal or more value.

Is my warranty transferable?

No, all Kaman Music warranty policies are valid only to the original purchaser with a warranty card on file or a copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

How can I get parts for my guitar?

Contact your place of purchase to order parts. You need to provide the model and serial number of the product and a copy of your sales receipt if the part is under warranty.

What does a Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy really mean?

Our Limited Lifetime warranty policy means that for the first 2 years you own the product, Kaman Music will cover all parts and labor for anything deemed defective. After that initial 2 year period, Kaman will cover the parts for anything deemed defective as long as you own the product, but now the consumer is responsible for any labor charges incurred in the repair.
Please Note: All electronics, machine heads and strings are not covered under warranty.

#sweepstakes Was quite surprised at the quality of the guitar straight neck even frets nice low action made for easier playing. The sound was also very good considering the price. One of the main reason I bought it is another reviewer said it sound as good as the best they had played in 20 years of experience. The other main reason is I needed a acoustic that had a cutaway to make it easier to play past the 14th fret.

I must say, I have played many acoustic guitars in my lifetime and wow. I needed a quick cheap priced guitar and I bought the Jasmine S34C model for about $100 or so bucks off guitar center on a deal they had. This is one of the cleanest sounding acoustic guitars I've ever played in my life. The quality is superb and I can go weeks without playing and it still holds the tune perfectly. Y'all definitely out did yourselves with this one. Cheers!

I was poking around the store and randomly played the S34C. For the rest of the day, all I could think about was "how can I justify buying another guitar?" She sounds bright and happy, so if you want dark and somber, maybe she's not the one for you. Her neck is thin, more like my Ibanez S-Series than most acoustics. In the end, I came back for her and I have never been happier.

I was low key kinda skeptical of this because if the price. Once It came, the sound and tone was so clean it low key made my d string sharp.
