The guitar was rarely used. I have another better Ibanez I purchased 46 years ago. So surprised to read the many negative reviews here, because my experience with this model has been great. I adjusted the neck. Period. It keeps tune very well. It's fun to play, but the action is a bit stiff. I think humid summers here will sweeten the sound. Very fine for beginners.

I think it is one of those product lines that is not IBANEZ priority to really much care about in the fabrication of it. What was wrong with it? Red on: (1) The guitar came with the electrical wire loose/unsecured, clunking around inside the body (2) The first 7 to 9 fret dividers were not filed flush to the edge of the neck. So I felt the scratch/cut as I move my left hand up and down the neck (3) The color finish of the back and side of the body does not match with the image on the website which looks darker. The darker finish was a big part in my decision to buy the guitar. (4) Guitar Center does not provide Return Label so I have to pay for it: $95 via UPS. I am going to ask Guitar Center for reimbursement. If you decide to buy your guitar(s) online from Guitar Center, make sure you nail your transaction, make it final!

  • Really good for the price.

I use this guitar for basically everything. When the guitar came it was in perfect condition, all I had to do was adjust the truss rod, but besides that everything is great!

  • Quality, but with additional costs

Firstly, thanks to GuitarCenter for careful package, as usual. About guitar: this is my second acoustic Ibanez. First it was more expensive series Artwood. There were no reasons for critics. Great sound and quality. About PC15ECENT: I liked this guitar for small and comfortable body, it sound good. But: Terrible glue smell. Already third day it can't go off. Pins hold tune not good, tune it every day (Now planning to change them for Grover. On Artwood it showed great work). But the primary defect is frets. This guitar arrived with unpolished frets. Absolutely. You can't do bends with it, and just playing very difficult due to frets buzz. Now, i need to spend about 50 dollars to polishing frets and strings change. I think it's a bad tendency for such great manufacturer like Ibanez. It's sad...

  • I would buy this product again.

I recommend this guitar to someone who is looking a good guitar for jamming, practicing and also for recording purpose. For $200, I say we get best of it.
