Ibanez AEG50L Grand Concert Acoustic-Electric Guitar Black

The Ibanez AEG acoustic/electric has been well-accepted for more than two decades for its easy playability as a result of its slim neck. With this new addition to the AEG series, Ibanez upgraded the look and electronics of this guitar based on the concept of “simply and easy control.”

The AEG50L starts with a new preamp, Ibanez AEQ-TTS. The small and simple-faced preamp has only two control knobs—volume and shape. This at-a-glance tone control offers natural acoustic sound in the center position and allows players to adjust the tone easily, enabling them to create from low, fat and powerful sound to bright and crispy sound with the turn of a knob.

The Ibanez AEG50L’s easy-to-read onboard tuner with liquid crystal display (LCD) is located on the preamp. Adding a sharp and stylish atmosphere to the Ibanez AEG50L are its simplified rosette and a binding and ornament on the headstock. Other features include a spruce top, sapele back and sides and an Ibanez T-bar II undersaddle pickup that equalizes the volume from each string to deliver a well-balanced signal. The AEG50L also features special bulb-shaped Ibanez Advantage bridge pins for easy string installation.
