It's good form to keep some expensive or even custom ear protection on you but it's not always practical. A box of these should be a staple in your gig bag. And share them with friends- I am sure you sound awesome when you are load, but lets make sure your entourage can always hear you as time goes on.

I bought these ear plugs to block out unwanted noises in my room at late hours. They worked perfect for lowing sound to a minimum. There very comfortable after long hours of use and can be re used if washed with hand soap properly. I will order more for my band rehearsals and gigs. Does cut down on the high pitch sound ringing after playing through 100 watt guitar amps for hours a night. Buy them you won't be sorry.

Sometimes practices get a little overdriven and they basement rings for a second or two. These do a good job of making sure my ears don't ring too! Still get enough of the sound that i don't feel I'm missing anything.

I wish I could buy these in bulk.
