The Westerly Collection
The Westerly Collection pays homage to an important period in Guild’s early history, when Guild outgrew the beloved Hoboken, New Jersey factory, and moved production to Westerly, Rhode Island in 1967. Finding a home in a former furniture manufacturing building, Guild took advantage of the additional space the new location had to offer, and improved upon the production layout left behind in Hoboken.

With a fresh start, highly skilled employees, and plenty of room to grow, Guild flourished. It was not long before the Westerly factory became renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and the introduction of many beloved Guild acoustics. The dedication to innovation was apparent, with meticulous attention to detail. Inspired by this golden era, the Guild Westerly Collection carries on the tradition of impeccable workmanship and unwavering excellence by incorporating high-quality materials and classic Guild designs into each instrument

The Jumbo Junior is the fourth Guild guitar I have owned over the years. I purchased it to be used primarily as a travel guitar and am very glad I did! It has a nice sound for a small guitar, the electronics work fine, and the workmanship certainly meets the quality standards I expect from Guild. It's a great addition to my collection!

  • Absolutely beautiful guitar and sound.

I bought this for my 17yo daughter as her graduation gift. Fits her petite hands flawlessly. The tone and sound projection is stunning. Plugged in, you can do even more. Great guitar for the advanced beginner or anyone with small hands/fingers.

All guitars vary depending on the density of the wood. Manufacturers usually only spec size and type of wood. Guitars are generally between 6 and 12 lbs. They can be more. The only way to know the weight of an individual instrument is to weigh it. This will be 6 - 7 lbs
