Gibson Les Paul Deluxe '70s Electric Guitar Wine Red

Description
The iconic Gibson Les Paul Deluxe '70s electric guitar is a reimagined version of the original that was first released in 1969. This reimagined version of a legendary classic combines vintage accurate appointments with contemporary enhancements for tone and playability. The mahogany body and maple top are crafted to 1970s specs for authenticity, while the neck profile and rounded "C" profile make it ideal for today's players. Two powerful mini humbuckers deliver a range of tones from warm and smooth to punchy and articulate. This stunner brings back a pivotal era in rock and roll history.
Vintage Accurate Specs and Premium Components
The Les Paul Deluxe '70s is crafted with the same high-quality materials and attention to detail as the original. A solid mahogany body and maple top provide the foundation for the full, balanced tone the Les Paul is known for. Two mini humbuckers are wired to a 3-way toggle switch for a range of classic Gibson tones. High-quality handwired electronics with Orange Drop capacitors complete the vintage correct signal path.
Fast Neck Profile for Modern Playability
While the Les Paul Deluxe '70s electric guitar stays true to the original specs, the rounded neck profile provides a fast, comfortable playing feel for today's guitarists. The "C" shape offers a slim, rounded profile that gets slightly deeper towards the body. A 12" Indian rosewood fingerboard radius and 22 medium jumbo frets also enhance playability. The rounded neck gives this reimagined Les Paul a perfect blend of vintage tone and modern performance.Eye-Catching Elegance in an Iconic Finish
The Les Paul Deluxe '70s reissue comes in a stunning gloss finish that evokes the elegance of the 1950s original. The gloss nitrocellulose finish develops a warm patina over time, giving each guitar a unique look. A cream pickguard and chrome hardware add to the elegance. Vintage Keystone tuners, and a Tune-o-matic bridge complete the vintage-styled aesthetic.
Premium Hardshell Case Included
Gibson includes a premium hardshell case to keep your Les Paul Deluxe '70s safe in transport and storage. The hardshell case features internal compartments to carry accessories, shoulder straps for comfortable carrying, and Gibson branding.

My favorite Les Paul

I bought this yesterday as a different sounding Gibson compared with my 50s Standard and 61 Standard SG. The these mini humbuckers were just the perfect blend of less boom and more articulation. They are brighter when clean and take dirt like a champ!
I love this Les Paul

This is basically a 50s Standard with mini humbuckers instead of P90s. The mini humbuckers are awesome!! The tone and clarity are fantastic. The quality of this Les Paul is also great. I now have the cherry burst and this gold top which is my favorite.

The Gibson Les Paul Deluxe 70'S is an excellent guitar. I got a scratch and dent for the reduced price and I am very happy with the guitar. It has an awesome sound, and the Cherry Sunburst finished looks good (even with a few scratches on it). The guitar is excellent.
Better than the original.

This will not be my everyday guitar. This will not be my number one when I gig out. It is just like my first "real" electric guitar that I bought in 1975. It's as solid as that one was and sounds maybe even a little bit better. I will take it out with me sometime I'm sure, just for old time's sake. It plays great out of the box although I always have my guitars serviced for intonation and polish the frets as soon as I get them. That is a matter of personal taste. It's a great guitar and I'm very glad that once again Gibson is making quality instruments.
Even better than the original 70s Deluxe models

Ever since I was a teenager I wanted a 73 Cherry sunburst Les Paul. Well I found a 76 and really liked the guitar except its weight and it had been modded too much for my taste so I sold it. I just bought the a new 70s Cherry burst Les Paul and love it. All the modern features plus those mini humbuckers really sound great. The neck is between a 60s slim and some of the traditional thicker necks. Just right! Its my favorite Les Paul now even after buying others. The weight is still heavier than a new standard, but the mini humbucker sound makes it worth it.
