This music engraving plate is a unique historic original, handcrafted in the traditional art of music engraving. Up into the 1990s Henle maintained their high quality of sheet music through metal engraving, because until then digital notation of music was inferior to the possibilities metal offered for visualizing even the finest nuances. The engraving plate is made of an alloy of zinc, antimony and lead. Mounted with an alder wood frame. Comes boxed.
