    Now that I'm older and wiser, I've gotten to the point of being more open minded, string gauge heavier meant fatter tone, but in reality, not necessarily. I now use these or Rev. Willy's 8's on all my electrics. Tone doesn't seem worse, maybe even better mids.Oh and the benefit is a lot less hand and finger fatigue. I'll be back for more of these for sure.

    Bought these to compare to other 8 gauge strings, EB and Rev. W. I like these quite alot. Bright and alive on my Tele. I'll buy these again.

    Usually use GHS Boomers 10-46, was given a set of these by a friend and was pleasantly surprised with their durability and smoothness. Haven't used extra super light since I first started playing. Can't complain, good buy for the money. Only reason it recieved 4 instead of 5 stars was because I am after all, a GHS Boomers loyal.
