The acoustic channel produces a rich, full tone perfect for any acoustic instrument. The clean channel delivers a crisp, transparent sound with plenty of headroom. Move over to the crunch channel for a growly rock tone with just a hint of natural overdrive. The lead channel ups the gain for a singing lead tone, while the brown channel unleashes a classic tube-like overdrive ideal for rock and metal.

Built-In Effects Provide Endless Tonal Possibilities

The Katana-210 comes loaded with over 30 onboard effects, including compressor, overdrive, distortion, octave, flanger, phaser, tremolo and delay. Using the dedicated effects control knob, you can select and dial in multiple effects at once with just a single knob turn. The amp also features tap tempo controls, an effects loop and MIDI in for integrating external gear and foot controllers.

A Lightweight Yet Road-Ready Design

Despite its power and performance, the Katana-210 weighs in at roughly 40lb., making it easy to transport to gigs and rehearsals. On the rear panel, you'll find an effects loop, line out, headphones out and footswitch connections. In addition to its front-panel controls, the Katana-210 works with the GA-FC foot controller (sold separately) for channel selection, effects on/off and tap tempo. You can also connect to the BOSS Tone Studio editor via USB for access to additional amp characters and effects, customization of effects chains, and signal routing options for recording and live performance flexibility.
