The Zildjian A Custom Ping Ride Cymbal gives you strong high end and clear "ping" qualities. Developed with the assistance of Vinnie Colaiuta, A Customs are made using radical rotary hammering techniques, thin weights, and a striking, brilliant finish for crisp, sweet, sophisticated sound.
Avedis Zildjian Company Warranty Statement
As of October 1, 2009, all Zildjian Cymbals are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Process
Cymbals that show factory defects within two years of their original purchase are eligible for examination at our factory. Zildjian experts will evaluate the damage and issue a replacement cymbal, unless it appears the damage is related to improper use or care.
If you believe your cymbal has a factory defect:
1. Contact Zildjian to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#), via telephone: 781-871-2200.
2. Indicate the location of the damage on the cymbal with a piece of tape.
3. Make a photocopy of your original numbered and dated sales receipt.
4. Carefully package your cymbal. Include your RA# and the photocopy of your sales receipt in the box.
5. Ship the package to:

A Cymbal will not be replaced if:
1. It has been misplayed, dropped, played with excessive force or treated abusively.
2. The center hole is worn due to improper stand set-up or abusive play.
3. The cymbal was bought second-hand or used in a lease program.
4. The cymbal has previously been replaced by Zildjian.
5. More than two years have passed since the cymbal was purchased.
Warranty Notes:
• Cost of shipping a damaged cymbal to Zildjian is the customers responsibility.
• Factory evaluations take approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
• Cymbals that do not meet the warranty guidelines will be returned to customer.
• Cost of shipping a replacement or damaged cymbal back to the customer will be covered by Zildjian.

Great for hard playing drummers or soft playing drummers. This cymbal has such a great sound. A nice bright sound that doesnt take to long to decay, played as a ride or a crash this cymbal has great definitive sound to each hit. The bell has a nice cutting sound with a wide range sweet spot. This cymbal is at high recommendation by me.
I was having trouble finding a versatile ride with a nice ping and a great bell. Then I came across the 22 inch Zildjian A Custom Ping Ride. The moment I heard this baby I was blown away. Excellent ping with crashability and a bell like no other. I went with the 22 inch version because it has more versatility and a more powerful bell than the 20 inch model. After every gig I play I have drummers approaching me dying to know what ride I play. This ride is good for any genre but is unbeatable for the Rock, Pop, and Progressive genres. I will never need another ride ever again!
I got this ride around 6 Months ago or so from a friend and i was amazed by it the bell on this ride is amazing it just works for everything and every type of music this blows away the ride i had before it was a sabian aax stage ride that was a good ride but nothing beats this ride if you are thinking about buying this ride do it,
