The Sympatico Gathering Drum gives you a versatile hand drum with a pre-tuned synthetic leather head that produces a warm, resonant tone. The lightweight yet durable PVC shell is less than half the weight of a traditional drum, making it easy to play for long periods. You can play the drum or remove the pre-tuned head to play by itself. At 18" tall, this drum provides a big, booming voice for group jams or solo play. Integrate it into your existing Toca Freestyle II drum setup for more sonic possibilities.
Pre-Tuned Head for Instant Playability
The Sympatico Gathering Drum comes with a pre-tuned synthetic leather drumhead so you can start playing right away. The rich tone of the leather head is ideal for percussion ensembles and world music. When you want to explore different sounds, simply remove the head to use the drum freely. Then put the pre-tuned head back on to return to the original pitch. This versatility lets you shape your tone for any style or setting.
Lightweight Yet Durable for Easy Transport
While traditional hand drums can be heavy and awkward to move, the Sympatico Gathering Drum is less than half their weight.
