Introducing the Maestro Original Collection

Maestro

collapse expand iconDescription

The Maestro Comet Chorus pedal is an instant ticket to thicker, richer guitar sounds, from slight shimmers to out-of-this-world swirls. Use the Comet to add warmth to an amplified acoustic. Plug in an electric guitar to enhance your leads and rhythm work. Maestro made sure the Comet Chorus flies with high-gain setups, too. It's available now at Guitar Center.

Maestro Comet Chorus

The Maestro Comet Chorus is all-analog

Maestro built the Comet Chorus with an analog "bucket brigade" circuit for a warmer, more organic sound—especially compared to a digital circuit. Toggle Earth mode on the Comet to ground your sound with classic chorus, similar to pedals of the late '70s.  Flip the switch to Orbit for a rotary speaker effect, perfect for Texas blues, Seattle grunge or "Little Wing"-style flights of fancy. To adjust the rotary level, open the Comet to access the internal trim pot.

Maestro Comet Chorus Controls

The Comet is a chorus pedal that's easy to use

With its 3-knob layout, the Comet Chorus makes it easy to dial in great tones. Mix controls the blend of the wet and dry signals. The Depth knob changes the pitch of the wet signal, increasing the intensity of the chorus. Speed adjusts the time between the wet and dry signals.

Maestro Comet Chorus True Bypass

This Maestro pedal keeps your signal clean

Maestro spec'd the Comet with a true-bypass switch. You'll be able to enjoy the full swirl of chorus, but a simple stomp shuts it off, sending your guitar straight to the amp. It's also easy to tell when the effect is on—three LEDs light up the Maestro logo. To turn the pedal off completely, just unplug the input. The Comet Chorus runs on a 9V battery, or an optional 9V power supply.
