After extensive research into general Auditorium body shapes, Ibanez carefully designed the AAM50CE's Advanced Auditorium body. Through multiple prototypes, this new shape was optimized with a slightly wider waist moved closer to the neck. The expertly crafted Advanced Auditorium body of the AAM50CE, comprised of a solid Sitka spruce top and sapele back and sides, delivers a full, robust tone. Another forward-thinking feature on the AAM50CE is Ibanez's carefully designed scalloped X-bracing, which produces clear treble tones and trimmed, warm mids, while still allowing an impressively wide dynamic range and quick response.
