    So, I bought a used Epiphone Les Paul from Guitar Center awhile ago. The guitar came without the pick-guard, its hardware, and the washer for the Rhythm/Treble Switch. It was suggested that I buy the Gibson part as it would "certainly" fit. Well, the dimensions are not correct and I will be filing, grinding, sanding, and trimming the edges so that the pick-guard properly fits around the pickup trim plates. Not the perfect fit!

    I bought this pick guard, pick-up rings and selector switch ring and the are all to small. The screws with all these items are too small also.. Never again..
