The Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Gen4 interface bundled with Harbinger VARI Studio monitor pair delivers a flexible, great-sounding home recording solution. With the fourth-generation Scarlett 2i2, Focusrite added sought-after features like rich harmonic saturation and flagship converters to the already pristine mic pres and instrument inputs that made it an industry standard. Monitoring is handled by the Harbinger VARI Studio SM505 or SM508 powered monitors, which use exclusive Perfect Mix DSP to let you optimize mixes for any playback system. Capture Performances in Stunning Detail

At the heart of the Scarlett 2i2 Gen4 interface are two ultralow-noise Scarlett mic preamps. They offer wide gain range with plenty of headroom to accommodate everything from dynamic vocal mics to sensitive condensers while keeping noise to an absolute minimum. With phantom power onboard, you can use your favorite large diaphragm condenser microphone to record vocals or acoustic instruments. The same high-end converters used in Focusrite's professional RedNet interfaces provide up to 120dB of dynamic range, capturing every nuance.

Mix With Confidence Across All Systems

To make sure your mixes translate perfectly across different listening setups, the included Harbinger VARI nearfield monitors feature a Perfect Mix DSP engine with switchable voicings that enable you to check for compatibility with every size of system. You can choose between the SM505 that features a 5" driver or the SM508 that features an 8" driver either of which make a great choice for your studio, or your living room. With Bluetooth connectivity allowing wireless mix referencing from your phone or tablet, these compact monitors provide both accuracy and versatility.

Sturdy Stands and Cables Complete the Setup

The included triangular monitor stands securely hold the VARI Studio monitors at just the right height, ranging from 36" to 57.5" so you can adjust to the perfect level. Their wide, low-profile base prevents tipping. Livewire Advantage XLR cables with rugged Rean connectors carry the balanced monitor signal from interface to speakers reliably.

All Focusrite products are built to the highest standards, and are designed to provide many years of reliable performance. In the event of a Manufacturing Defect becoming evident during the warranty period, Focusrite will ensure that the product is repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty for any product purchased on or after the 1st January 2018 is a period of 36 months from the date of original purchase. The warranty period for products purchased on or prior to the 31st December 2017 is 24 months from the date of original purchase.

A Manufacturing Defect is defined as a defect in the performance of the product as described and published by Focusrite. A Manufacturing Defect does not include damage caused by post-purchase transportation, storage or careless handling, nor damage caused by misuse.

While this warranty is provided by Focusrite, it is fulfilled by Focusrite’s distribution partner in the country in which you purchased the product. To contact Focusrite's local distribution partner regarding a warranty issue, click here; they will advise you of the appropriate procedure for resolving the warranty issue. Note that many of the products returned under warranty are found not to exhibit any hardware fault at all. In the case of operational interruption, it’s worth checking other factors such as cables, drivers, software settings and the like, prior to returning your hardware. Contact Focusrite support first, if you experience technical issues.

In every case you will need to provide a copy of the original invoice or store receipt to Focusrite’s local distribution partner. In the event that you are unable to provide proof of purchase, you should request a copy of your receipt from the reseller from whom you purchased the product. If you purchase a Focusrite product outside your normal country of residence, Focusrite’s distribution partner in your normal country of residence will not be able to honor this limited warranty, although you may request an out-of-warranty chargeable repair.

This limited warranty is offered solely to products purchased from an Authorised Focusrite Reseller. This Warranty is in addition to your statutory rights in the country of purchase.
