The Acoustic B210NEO Bass Speaker Cabinet has 2 neodymium drivers behind the great sound produced by the 400W pushed by its speakers. Neodymium speakers have only been used in bass enclosure for a relatively short amount of time, but they are definitely revolutionary. Neodymium magnets are highly sensitive, so your sound is very dynamic and responsive to the touch. Also, thanks to its powerful but lightweight magnets, the whole Acoustic B210NEO enclosure weighs significantly less than traditional alnico and ceramic speaker magnets. In addition, the speaker frame isn't as big and bulky with neo speakers, making this cabinet lighter and manageable for lots of late-night packing and unpacking. Both your ears and your lower back will know the difference.
Since the founding of the Acoustic brand in California in 1967, many legendary musicians, including some of music's premier rock, jazz and funk players, have chosen Acoustic as their amplifier of choice. The Acoustic design philosophy is "simplicity," allowing you to dial up great sound in an instant. The B210 NEO continues the great Acoustic speaker tradition of simply great sound-so turn it up and discover what players have known for decades: Acoustic is the pro's tone since 1967.

I purchased this cabinet along with the B200 head, and they sounded great. Later, I purchased the B115 cabinet, and together, the sound was AMAZING! It moves an incredible amount of air. You know it when you feel it. I waited almost a year to post this, because most reviews are done right after purchase, and of course everything people buy gets 5 stars. After all this time, all of the equipment has held up well, and has proved to be (pardon the play on words here!) a sound investment. I can honestly give this a true 5 stars. My basses include a '74 Rick, Marcus Miller, Telecaster bass and a Precision Special. I can't testify for any five- or six-strings, but each one of my instruments absolutely sings through this gear.
I don't have the Neo 2x10, but I do have the B115 Neo combined with the B410. I use a Hartke HA2500 250 watt head and a Korg Pandora multi-effects processor. The B115 Neo is very light weight, but the boom is there. I can't speak for the 2x10 version @ 400 watts;however, gentelmen the B115 Neo @ 400 watts and a double ported enclosure really provides the potent low end. I highly reccommend Acoustic for the price and "thump". With the 4x10 on bottom and the 1x15 on top it kinda looks like a pyramid. The size is smaller and more lightweight.
I bought one because it was on sale, was super light and small... I liked it but it lacked that can of whoop donkey that I was lookin for. I ended up buying some high end B&C speakers and loading them in there and am finally happy with the cabinet. The stock Eminence Neo speakers do not cut it for a pro musician who demands high quality tight bass with powerful low end. I used this with an acoustic 5 string bass and an SWR SM400A head and the lows broke up early and distorted easily. The horn is effective but like the speakers, cheap... The Cabinet is high quality construction with good hardware, looks nice, and is light and small enough for an old rocker to move around... It sounds wonderful now that I junked all the stock transducers. If you are looking for performance, this aint it...
all i can say as far as price is right always for acoustic i have this boom box and the two tens neo like boom thay out sound my 115 cab i run both of these cabs with my b200h head at 1/2 gain 1/2 vol and that all you need and youcan feel how lows shake the drummer drum. like boom.
The acoustic B210 neo is a sturdy, good sounding bass cabinet at a low price. It supports your upper mid a treble frequencies while also providing heavy thumping. The light weight is also useful for easy transport, a stack of two of these sounds great with the acoustic b600h head
I bought the B210NEO cabinet to use with my Acoustic B200 combo amp. I'm very satisfied. The B210NEO looks great sitting under my B200. I've got a lot of power, and the combination of two 10" speakers in the B210NEO with the big 15" speaker in my B200 amp, gives me great tone from nice clean hard hitting highs to powerful thumpin' lows.
I played through this and the 1x15 neo cab together and separate. They were very light. They sounded great with the Acoustic B200 or B600 head. When I tried them with my Orange Terror Bass head they lacked low end. I would recommend using both cabs for great all around tone with the B200 or 600 amp.
