Yamaha Tio1608-D 16-Input, 8-Output Dante Stage Box for TF Series

Yamaha's Tio1608-D 16 input, eight output Dante Stage Box is giving live sound engineers a high-performance solution for routing audio signals over long distances. Developed for use with Yamaha's TF series digital mixing consoles, the Tio1608-D harnesses the power of Audinate's Dante networking protocol to provide lossless, low latency audio transport between the stage and front of house position. With 16 mic/line inputs and eight line outputs, the Tio1608-D handles the connectivity needs for all but the largest shows while maintaining exceptional sound quality.

16 Mic/Line Inputs and Eight Line Outputs

With 16 combo XLR mic/TRS line inputs and eight balanced TRS line outputs, the Tio1608-D provides ample connectivity for mics, direct boxes, instruments, monitors, and more. Each input offers +48V phantom power, individual gain control and pad attenuation for handling a wide range of input levels. The eight line outputs mirror the mixing console's aux and group busses, allowing you to drive stage monitors, PA systems and recording equipment directly from the Tio1608-D.

Rugged, Tour-Ready Design

Despite its advanced digital innards, the Tio1608-D is built to withstand the rigors of live touring. Its 1RU rackmount chassis is constructed from heavy duty steel to protect the internal components from damage. All I/O connectors feature impact resistant installation for durability on the road. For maximum flexibility, the unit provides both Ethernet and Word Clock I/O, allowing you to sync multiple Tio1608-D units or interface with other digital audio equipment.

Comprehensive Remote Control and Monitoring

Once connected to a TF series console, the Tio1608-D can be remotely controlled and monitored directly from the console interface. You can adjust preamp gain, route signals, apply EQ and dynamics and monitor input metering without leaving the FOH position. For additional control, the free Dante Controller software provides comprehensive routing configuration and signal monitoring over the Dante network.
