    what can be said,had to get a new one and please pay attention, always make sure you check ocassionally the allen screw on the bottom side of these mounts. if they come loose and you don't notice and you keep tightening the ball clamp you'll strip the screw hole and that's why you end up replacing these,ask anyone with a yamaha set. but what i likee most of the mounts is how you can set them in any wich way you like . I have a YD series and as it turns out these mounts are used in the recording custom set,nice. the price was even lower than advertised
