Description
With so many different disc formats available today, you need a multi-format system. VocoPro has combined the Duet, their best-sounding and best-selling 80W semi-pro karaoke system with their popular multi-format player, resulting in the new DVD DUET. It's able to play almost any disc format. You'll be able to sing along with your collection of CD+G and VCD Karaoke CDs, MP3 compilations, or output DVDs to a video monitor. You can even do a slideshow of JPEG photos.

The top quality VocoPro DVD drive is so shock-resistant that the DVD-DUET can be played in moving cars, RVs, planes, and boats (110 or 240V AC adapter required) without skipping! As always, there is a 12-step Digital Key Controller, which changes the key of background music from any disc to match the natural range of your voice so you can sound like the pros. The 5-band graphic equalizer enables you to fine tune the tone to fit anyone's taste.

There are 2 professional mics and 2 microphone inputs included, each with separate volume controls. So you can sing duets with a perfect mix. The dual cassette deck makes recording your performances or dubbing from one deck to the other simple, and you can use the cassettes, AM/FM tuner, and disc player just like any stereo system.

The 4 - 2-way speakers provide a quality stereo sound big enough for most karaoke parties, but VocoPro left you room for expansion, too. Want more power for your party? Just use the pre-out jacks to connect to an external system and rock the house with all the features of the Duet. All you need is the passion for karaoke and a television to get started.

    I have purchased this machine twice which is frustrating..It is unreliable and cheap constructed.It has a chep flimsy lid for dvd play..it would easily break.I advise you not to purchase.The first one had no volume the second would stop after the third sentence in song.Do not purchase for children..It needs TLC in handling..I sent mine back 2 times.The center is so nice and has awesome customer service..Get a more durable one.

    I basically use this system for practicing my songs before I go and sing at the senior living facilities. I like that it has an equalizer for adjusting the tones needed for making my voice richer and more professional sounding.I was told that I'd be able to record my self singing by placing it on a tape from the recorder, don't know yet if that's true, because I haven't had the time to check it out, and not real sure how i'll be able to accomplish it, but I will try some day when the opportunity presents it's self. For now though I'm glad that I made the purchase.

    I have had this machine since december of 2004. It's a great machine for someone who is getting there first machine. I have had countless people come over and we have blasted this machine for hours at a time. It has one great feature being that the machine itself it no the most dynamic sound just by itself it can be hooked up to your home theatre giving you the ultimate karaoke experience. I have been using this machine for countless practices so that when I go out of my home in front of other people I have been ready. You want to learn how to become a rockstar a popstar or whatever it is you might want to strive to be or just have fun trying to be like this machine is for you.     What does blemished mean? Is it a used machine?

    Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what the blemish is. However, it would only be a minor cosmetic flaw and would not effect the systems functionality.
