Spitfire Swarm Series - Mandolins

Nineteen guitarists, a perfect blend based on a series of test sessions; charangos, mandolins, ukuleles were placed in pairs between ribbon microphones around the hall at Air Studios. The finest players, playing the finest instruments on the finest stage, recorded via the richest signal path, priceless mics, unique Neve Monserrat mic pres, the largest 88R Neve desk and uniquely via a pristine 2" Studer tape machine before being rendered digitally via Prism AD converters.

Spitfire Audio has curated a perfect set of articulations with this extraordinary band with numerous dynamic layers and round robins. The players were placed in three waves the first 7 huddled around the first tree, the second 6 around the second and the third, 3 pairs of guitarists in each gallery quadrant
