The Sennheiser EW 500 G4-935 Wireless Handheld Microphone System. This professional-grade wireless system provides pristine audio quality and a straightforward user experience for vocalists and musicians on the go. Powered by Sennheiser's renowned e935 capsule, the included SKM 500 G4 handheld transmitter picks up vocals with stunning clarity while eliminating feedback. Both the transmitter and EM 500 G4 rackmount receiver operate over an 88 MHz bandwidth, offering 3,520 selectable UHF frequencies to avoid interference and dropouts. An auto-frequency scan feature finds available frequencies at the touch of a button. With a rugged metal housing, Ethernet connectivity, and backwards compatibility with Sennheiser's previous wireless generations, the EW 500 G4-935 is a tour-ready wireless system that delivers maximum flexibility and peace of mind.

Pristine Vocal Reproduction With the e935 Capsule

The SKM 500 G4 handheld transmitter features Sennheiser's e935 supercardioid capsule, which captures vocals with smooth, natural tone and fast transient response. Its tight pickup pattern rejects off-axis sounds and ambient noise, resulting in superior feedback resistance on stage. Singers will appreciate the capsule's low handling noise and ability to reproduce even subtle vocal nuances.

Simple Setup and Operation

Despite its advanced functionality, the EW 500 G4-935 wireless system is designed to get you up and running as quickly as possible. An auto-frequency scan automatically finds clear frequencies to operate on. When adjustments are made on the EM 500 G4 rackmount receiver, the SKM 500 G4 handheld transmitter automatically syncs to the new settings at the push of a button. An easy-to-navigate OLED menu, jog wheel and dedicated buttons provide intuitive control over 32 available channels and additional features like an equalizer, Soundcheck mode and RF mute function.

Reliable, Interference-Free Performance

With up to 88 MHz of bandwidth and 3,520 selectable frequencies, the EW 500 G4-935 virtually eliminates the possibility of interference and signal dropouts. Sennheiser's HDX compander technology delivers crystal-clear audio, even in RF-challenging environments. An Ethernet port allows the EM 500 G4 receiver to connect to Sennheiser's Wireless Systems Manager software for advanced frequency coordination in multi-channel setups. Rugged, all-metal construction protects components from damage, ensuring this wireless system will hold up to the demands of touring and live performance.

Backwards-Compatible, Future-Proof Design

While packed with the latest functionality, the EW 500 G4-935 wireless system maintains backwards compatibility with Sennheiser's previous evolution G1, G2 and G3 systems. This allows you to protect your investment in existing wireless gear while upgrading to the latest technology. The EW 500 G4-935 also ensures you stay at the cutting edge, with the ability to work with future evolution series components as well.
