The Schecter Jeff Loomis JLV-6 FR Electric Guitar puts a winning combination of design and hardware in your hands. This V-shaped guitar is made of ash with a set neck for durability and increased sustain. Schecter's technique of Ultra Access construction was used to give maximum access to all 24 frets of the maple fretboard, adorned with metal cross inlays for rapid and unambiguous guidance. Powerful EMG Active 81/85 Pickups with a single volume knob and 3-way switch offer simplified tone control while Grover tuners and a Floyd Rose 1000 Series Bridge keep things inspired and in tune throughout your performance.

Grover Tuners
The original Rotomatic with an improved higher ratio gearing. The 18:1 ratio provides for finer tuning and greater stability. The finer gears provide smoother tuning and a higher degree of backlash elimination

Maple Finger Board
Very bright and dense, Maple is highly reflective. When used on a fretboard, Maple encourages tremendous amounts of higher overtones and its tight, almost filtered away bass favors harmonics and variations in pick attack.

EMG Active 81/85 Pickups
One of the most popular EMGs the 81 is the one that started a revolution. Utilizing powerful ceramic magnets and close aperture coils, the tone was designed with detailed intensity, incredible amounts of high end cut and fluid sustain. Traditionally used in the bridge position, this pickup will make your leads slice right through even the densest mix. When used in both neck and bridge positions the sound can only be described as blistering. Recommended pairings include the classic 81/85 setup.

3-pc Maple Neck
Made with 3 pieces of maple for extra stability. 3 piece necks can withstand the test of time. Where standard necks may show aging defects from temperature and moisture changes throughout the years, the 3 piece neck will stay nice and straight for a lifetime of playability.
