This guitar can handle everything from bedrooms to arenas!

By Cory

from Denver

First guitar I ever bought. Ten years later, I still play this guitar more than my Razorback V or my PRS Custom 24. There's something about this guitar that just feels good. It is a great first guitar; and it gets even better as you progress as a player. The quality of this guitar is top notch. I can't count how many times I've banged the headstock against walls, or how many times it's either been dropped or fallen over; not to mention punching the headstock through a door once; and is still as solid as ever. In addition, it's extremely easy to customize. It comes with passive HB-102's with a coil tap, but it has the housing and capability to install active EMG's, or Seymour Duncan's. I just got my EMG JH Het Set pickups installed, and it went from awesome to untouchable! I lost the coil tap feature; but it was a miniscule price to pay for the crunch and tone. I will play this thing until it literally disintegrates.

      Fantasticasism

This is one of four schecters in my guitar library, I only buy for quality and sound, not looks, but as you can see somewhat from the pics the guitar is beautiful, go see it in person and its twice as nice, trust me, As far as sound goes, bottom humbucker will get u some insane metal, metalcore, or whatever metal tone youd like o achieve, or you can go up to the neck and get a jazzy / bluesy tone with that, and coil tap each for a good acoustic sound, there really isnt much more you can ask for, this guitar will beat guitas at ten times the price, i promise you will not be disapointed, i have four schecters for a reason.

      Already awesome

      By Kirk Hammett Wannabe

I just bought this guitar today, and im already blown away. The sound as beautiful as the guitar itself. I play it on a Line 6 Spider IV 75 watt amp and the combo is killer! Schecter has amazing prices for amazing guitars, and i would recommend Schecter guitars, and this one in particular, to anyone who plays on a normal basis. You rock Schecter!

      oh

      By awesomerawesome.

i love this guitar, i put .11's on it, and dropped the action as low as possible, and up until this weekend i loved the sound it put it, but i just bought a jcm2000 and i'm not digging the duncan designed's as much anymore, they sounded good with my old stack, but i'm going to replace it with a dirty finger or seymour duncan distortion, but for the $$$ i got this guitar for its worth it.

      This Guitar Is AWESOME

      By Dalton Gaither

      from Birmingham, AL

I got an ibanez with a floyd rose for x-mas. After a few days i decided that guitar wasn't right for me, so i was going to trade it in for an epiphone les paul. when i saw this guitar i had my doubts, but when i played it i freaked out at how good it was so i told the cashier that this is the one i want. This guitars pickups are amazing for any style of music and they are extremely versatile.

      Best guitar ive played

      By LukeShreeddss

      from Raleigh NC

This guitar is amazing, I went to guitar center to look at it after reading the reviews and they didnt have it in stock, so I ordered it online, came pretty quick and played good out of the box, once the strings were changed and it was set up it is amazing. I am definitely going to buy another schecter, oh and this is the cheapest ive seen the set through neck design

      It's pretty and sounds good!

      By Vince

      from Fort Wayne, IN

This is my second guitar and I love it. I honestly didn't like the black cherry color but i saw the vintage honey burst and thats all i needed. It sounds great clean, and good with distortion as well. It's a pretty versatile guitar. I haven't tried playing anything metal on it yet, but it seems worth the bang for the buck.

      Schecter C-1 is awesome

      By Smolderin'

      from North Providence, RI

I've played primarily Strats for over 25 years. I've recently decided to shop around for a good Les Paul(humbuckers, wide tonal range), and, after deciding that the only Les Paul worth buying was a Gibson(thousands of bucks), I decided to check the C-1 out. This guitar fits my style better than a Gibson Les Paul ever could. Shaped like a Strat, neck and pickups of a Les Paul. Through the body neck. The tone is unreal through my Hot Rod DeVille( I actually have the C-1 Classic). My problem now is: I need to buy another as my spare axe for gigs.
