I own both the 14" and 16" model and they're both great! I have owned both of these cymbals for about 2 years and they sound great and have no cracks or keyholing. Both the 14" and 16" have great crash sounds as well and distinct cutting bell sounds. These are affordable cymbals that will last a long time and keep satisfying. I highly reccomend these to players who don't want to take a stab in the wallet for a great sounding cymbal!
if i had to describe this cymbal in one word it would be wow. I saw a used one of these at my local music store and I always wondered how sabian cymbals are because i play zildjians most of the time. I needed a new crash and this one was half off so i said why not. I went home and tried it out. WOW i was blown away this cymbal sounds so good mixed with my other cymbals and just by itself such a great buy and tons of sound from a cymbal that is from a lower series. The thin type of this cymbal really makes it sound loud and alive. It sounds a little darker than my other cymbals which are zildjian zhts but i love it i'm soo glad i got this!
I bought the 14" cymbal bout' 6 mothes ago, and it's very good. it's fairly durable, andi it's got a nice sound. i'd recommend it more for a beginner or someone on a budget (i was on a budget) but overall it's a nice cymbal, sabian has never let me down!
