  • Bass player"s Dream

As reviewed by Sylvester (Snap) Andrews on 10/26/2009

If you want just about every bass you dreamed of having get this unit. So many amps and speakers to choose from. also two separate channels each with their effects. It took one day to learn my way around. read the manuel and you will be up and running in no time. The upright sounds are real, scary real! You have to have a GK-3 pickup installed, but you can do it yourself. If you are going to use nit on a gig, get the Roland stand and gigbag. For live shows also get the Roland FC-300 Midi pedal controller. Its a pricey investment, but its cheaper than buying all the amps, cabs, and basses that it has. Roland has a winner

  • Not very roadworhty !!!

As reviewed by Tim on 4/11/2011

Lots of sounds, set ups ,bells&whistles. For live gigging not so great .In my opinion shell needs to be stronger, very fragile !GK cords are too weak for live performance. I have gone thru three cords on 7 gigs.GK cords are hard to get and expensive !! I am going to continue using on gigs with my fingers crossed !!
