Average Damper Pedal & Switch

The Roland DP-2 is a servicable little damper pedal. Advantages are its light weight and low cost. Cord is also a good length -- if you have several synths stacked up it will reach the highest one. Disadvantages are its light weight which means it moves around easily on the ground. Also it has a high profile that makes it tiring to use for a long time. I greatly prefer the Yamaha FC5 for it's low profile and metal construction, though I take this pedal when I travel or if I am using a portable keyboard.

Cheap but not in quality

I was afraid to order the DP-2 at first, but I trusted the Roland name for quality. I was right once again for trusting them. This damper pedal is not cheap, it does not move around on the floor and it is built tough.
