The Remo Powerstroke® Pro Bass Drumhead is made with 10 mil film and uses Remo's new Pressure Dampening Profile system. The head uses permanently mounted acoustic foam to deliver maximum volume and projection while producing controlled highs with accentuated mid and maximum low range frequencies.

    i changed from an aquarian super kick 2 and i was beyond satisfied, this drumhead is perfect, i play metal and with any plastic beaters(mine are dw double sided ones on iron cobras) it almost sounds like a triggered bass drum, i definitely recommend to anyone, so if you dont wanna get triggers cus you want a more natural sound for your kick that still sounds as good as triggers, this is the way to go definitely metal or not

  • Nice lows

    I got this head for Christmas to replace the stock head that came with my drum set. It definitely does what it says with getting rid of the high and really accentuating the low. This sucker is definitely subsonic. My only complaint is that it resonates a bit too long. This might be user error however, I'm still playing with tuning it where I want it.

    This bass head is just incredible. The only problem is it is very 'loose' I guess. You have to really tighten the head to get no ringing. It is one damn durable head though. The only problem I see with this head which isn't that big is it bounces back. Which solves as a problem when you are playing with double pedals. But other than that great head remo!
