The GC salesperson recommended the Regal Tip Jeff hamilton brushes when I went to pick up a snare. As a non-drummer, I wanted to incorporate brushed snare into my recordings, and I have been quite happy with these. The wires are nice and thick and sound great even with an inexpensive snare. The perfect choice for my needs.
