The Elite Air Series Deluxe Cymbal Case is designed for the traveling drummer with wheels and a folding handle. The Gator case fits six to nine cymbals, depending on whether China or hi-hats are included.
I have tried all the other hard cymbal cases out there, this is the best. I use this cymbal case to take my ride, two crashes, and hi-hats to gigs. It has survived all the abuse of the trailer and my cymbals always come out untouched. The plastic is much stronger and durable than the other cases from zildjian. I love the wheels and the collapsable handle, when I play festivals with backline I bring my cymbals, put my stick bag and kick pedal bag on the handle and drag the whole thing behind me. The only drawback to this case is the weight, but it's not that bad because you can use the wheels.
This cymbal case so far is all I expected it to be. Very durable. Holds my 14" high-hats, 22" ride and three crashes, a 15" and 2 18's. Like the handle & wheels....cymbals get a little heavy. This should last quite a while. Excellent quality material. Worth the $$$$$.
