  • PST5's are awesome!

As reviewed by tbdrummer2 on 7/25/2009

it's true. pst5's really do sound great for their price. i got the 19 inch crash. the sounds between it and my 16" thin crash contrast perfectly! however, not so much for my ride. since my ride is 20" and my new crash is 19", they have VERY close crash sounds. that's the only reason i rated it four stars. probably my fault haha. but definitely recomended. just have a 21 or 22" ride and you'll be fine!

  • Big Sound, small price

As reviewed by Tim on 10/25/2010

As a poor person I look for the cheapest way to get cool things. I got the 19 inch, only because they offered a fat huge discount that made it almost as cheap as the 16. The sound is really big and Loud. The sustain is impressive and it's very clear . The only thing "iffy" is (the 19 inch at leat) sounds more like a crash/ride, real bellowy and gong-like. which fantastic for slow epic songs but a bit overkill for punk. but whatever it's all I'll be able to afford for awhile so I LIKE IT.

  • Best lower quality Bronze cymbal!!!

As reviewed by phoenix7289 on 7/20/2007

It's true!!! There is NO crash out there, for this price, that will sound NEARLY as good as this beauty!!! Paiste has done it again and made a really high quality cymbal for a very low price!!! The bell on this, is the TRUE CUTTING BELL!!! It's bell is even better than the bell on my Sabian B8 Ride!!! A must have for beginners!!!
